Microsoft finally succeed melt Yahoo's heart to let Microsoft take control over his search engine and together muster the power to demolish the giant Google.

Of course 10-year agreement with Yahoo will give new energy injection for Microsoft to reinforce its ambition to beat Google in the search engine market.

Handful despair was hanged by both company. With Yahoo in the side, Microsoft expects more calm to drive Bing, new search engine to pursue its backwarness from Google, which control about 65 percent market share in the United States.

Meanwhile, Microsoft concentrated on the search site, Yahoo is expected to disarrange Google's concentration in ad sales on the Web.

"This agreement offers a million value come to Yahoo, our users and also the industry," said Carol Bartz, chief executive Yahoo.

Of course not less quite happy with this agreement is the CEO of Microsoft, Steve Ballmer. "I am really excited. I have been saying this since 18 months ago. Consumers, advertisers and publishers will get a better service, and of course there will be a more challenging competition for Google if Microsoft and Yahoo team up in search engines."

Antimonopoli regulator will review the agreement the two companies to ensure that this agreement will not harm the competition.

"While Microsoft and Yahoo awaiting approval from the government about their agreement, Google will likely continue to increase its search engine performance," said Danny Sullivan, editor SearchEngineLand.

It seems the fight between the giants will be hot. Moreover, at this time Google is prepring operating system for PC, which can threaten the existence of Microsoft Windows.

As quoted from Yahoo News, Thursday (30/7/2009), Sullivan claims Google is paranoid with Microsoft. "They always guess, what kind of 'monster' that being preparing by Microsoft for the future," he said.
