Apple successfully outperformed its competitors in terms of customer satisfaction levels in the product of personal computers (PCs). However, unfortunately these achievements are not followed by iTunes - which is also output Apple - which was slumped in the back.

Forrester's study was performed involving 133 companies covering a variety of industries such as PC manufacturers, operators, and retailers. Customer Experience Index is based on the opinions of U.S. consumers in 4653 about these companies, which were collected in November 2009.
There are several factors that the assessment of these companies, namely, how effective in meeting customer needs, how effectively the company provides ease of service and overall product satisfaction for consumers.
